My only gripe is that the straps that go over my shoulders cut into the front of my arms / armpit area. This makes it hard to wear and move around in.I bought this item for work. Doing my job, this item helps with my back support as well as my stomach holding it in place. It helps with posture. It seems to stretch well with my movements. Super comfortable!good quality. fit was too long but I'm making it work.I’ve been using twitch for a few months. I had to buy a smaller size because I had already started to lose inches. I’m definitely going to keep it up because I can see the change in body shape up.Good product but I would size down. Very noticeable so I would not wear in public.I used this for working out, initially it was great but two weeks in the seams started coming apart. I was disappointed as I was planning to order another.Just to small otherwise perfect
