My waist measured 35". After viewing the size chart & reading reviews, I got a medium. I put it on and got to the first row. Cool. But later in the day, after moving around a bit, I seemed to loosen up. The same day, I was able to go 3rd row. It's tight, but not uncomfortable. It's what i expected & wanted to feel. I've already ordered a corset for when this one gets too big. I wear a tank under it so the trainer doesn't get sweaty & my skin is protected. Today was my first time walking in it. I SWEAT HONEY!!! But that's the whole point. You're training your waist to conform. It also helps with controlling your eating. Day 1, I ate a pretty large breakfast and thought I'd die! Im much more aware of how much I eat. You should wear it at least 8 hours a day, so I figure quarantine is the perfect time to try this out. Im on Day 3 - I'm loving it!Runs smallGood product I’m roughly 250lbs 5’9 1/2 I got the 3x could go down a size but otherwise fits good doesn’t ride up or roll and has nice coverage in the picture I have it hooked all the way to the third latch. Very comfortable as I had it on for about 12 hours at work bending lifting twisting turning stayed in placeLike that it provides support during exercise and helps you sweat too!I really like the style but these run really small, I ordered a 2x but in order to fit good, I would need to order at least a 4x, my regular size clothing is 12-14. There was not much stretch or give at all. I'll have to see if I want to order up. Good luck.I like the way it fits, it fits as expected. My husband had to help me put it on the first few times but I do think I’m already seeing results on day 5. I am well endowed with really bad back problems and this waist trainer gives me relief by holding me upright and helping my posture. Will be buying the next size down when I get to it!For sizing I went off the internet and the comments. I definitely should’ve gotten an xl I’m 5’4 200 lbs if that helps anyone. But I was able to get it hooked and zipped. With a lot of effort ?It’s super tight but it definitely does it’s job. It’s uncomfortable when sitting but what waist trainer isn’t. This one is actually one of the more comfortable ones I’ve tried on. I definitely recommend this but make sure your size is right.Great fit around but i don't wear it because I ned one for short torso. Definitely read the sizing chart for your correct size and strongly consider going one size down if you want to create a hourglass shape. The wrap around part with the zipper does not wrap around super tight as the part with the hooks,and it is a bit lose. The Zipper shows through clothes if it's not tucked under the bra. If you have a short torso please buy one for short torsos because this one (as well as all waist shapers that are too long) will be too long and stab under your boobs and into your hips and stick out through your clothes.First time im using a waist corset and this is good stuff. Qualiyu of the material is very thick yet does not show out of the clothes. Very warm on the skin and sweats a lot. I can hold my planks for a longer time since it braces my waist. The hooks are a bit small and takes a while to hook all of them.Highly recommend this product. I suggest easing your body into the product first. Day 1 I wouldn’t wear for anymore than 1-2 hrs. Than gradually work your way up from there. I also want to add that this product is comfy.I have been looking for a waist trainer that covers the lower abdominal. This does just that. It is worth it.It’s not a bad product only don’t go by your real waist size.
