Expectation and Performance:It’s pretty much what I expected, which was a tight fitting wet suit type pants that makes me sweat. I have not done a full workout in it, only worn it around doing daily activities and cleaning around the house. I incorporate small exercises into that routine and I did notice an increase in sweat under the pants when I did those. When just wearing it around I still noticed that I was sweating under the pants without having to raise my heart rate, but it doesn’t make my whole body sweat just wearing it. I wasn’t expecting it to, but I just wanted to say that in case you were. My pants were also well made and the pocket is a great addition.Fit:I’m 5’8” and 122lbs. I got a small. The pants sit about 2-3” above my navel and fit comfortably all over. There are areas that get loose when I move around. It should remembered that this is neoprene which doesn’t have the same stretching/shrinking/move with you capabilities as other compression workout material. It will be the right size for when I do work out as it won’t constrict my movements. However, I would like to have a smaller size available so I could have more compression when not working out.Complaints:Really, my only complaint aside from wanting a tighter fit for more compression is that I would like to see a wider band at the top of the pants. The top is folded over and stitched making about a 1” band. It hits me at an area where I have a band of fascia that I am trying to get rid of. A pants band like that only makes the fascial line tougher to blast away, but not impossible. I just roll the top over. A wider fold over/band at the top may help that. I would not let that deter you from purchasing, though. That’s just where it hits me and everyone is different. There is also a neoprene smell to it, but it is neoprene and neoprene smells like, well, neoprene. So that should be expected. This is my first experience with sauna pants so I don’t have another product to compare it to. Overall I’m pleased with them. You can easily wear them around and very few would know they weren’t just regular athleisurewear, except for the slight neoprene odor and the “whooshing” sound they make when you move around.
