Great bands! Happy to have found them.I bought the Power Systems flat band roll for my daughter to train in gymnastics. I don't really need 6 yard's worth, but I figured I will use it eventually as she wears them out.The roll comes in a box and we just cut to size. There are markings every foot so I don't have to bring out my measuring tape. Just cut with scissors.So far, so good. My daughter ties them around her ankles and does her kicks, whatever those kicks are called. She hasn't complained about them and the band hasn't snapped. (I've read some do.) She quite happy with the Power Systems band.Power Systems sells only high quality products. Their service is great also. Thanks Power Systems for such good products.Heavy resistance !
